I got into Fedora 33 and installed Wine to run some Windows applications. Apparently, 4k Displays have too much resolution for Wine and you'll need to manually modify the DPI.

Run `winecfg` in a terminal.

Click Graphics in the top tab if you can see it.

Slide the screen resolution to 144DPI or so and then exit and go back to winecfg to see if you like the scaled application.

Easy.
