Passive Agressive Wormhole.com Domain Owner Sued By Jump Trading
I mean if someone makes you an offer and you say it's worth x amount and that person accepts the offer at that price. Sounds like a verbal contract to me. If it wasn't a serious price than he should have not laid out any price at all and said "NOT FOR SALE" to the offer-er. Instead this passive aggressive moronic nerd decides to put a PRICE on the domain not once but 3 times (50k, 100k, 200k). The fo...

Decentralized Social Network
With the buzzzz around Twitter being bought by Elor Moosk and some people wondering about moving away from Twitter, I wondered about an idea I had in the past with RSS style feeds.
Mastodon is a decentralized Twitter, but not in the way that seems beginner friendly. It needs to hide its complexity through some assumptions about user intent. I'm sure they'll get there when more decentralized social networks come out.
About RSS, remember news sites, blogs and many others had RSS feeds so that anyone could subsc...

Democrats Need to Do What Schatz Did
https://twitter.com/AdamParkhomenko/status/1512260696347709455
Kinda anger I have towards Republicans, in general. This social media pandering these Repubs do is fucking annoying and destructive.
Josh Hawley needs to drop dead, fuck any resigning or jail for this treasonous fuck.

America's Got Its First Black Woman Supreme Court Justice
Ketanji Jackson is the next Supreme Court Justice. They say first black SC Justice. Moments like this supposedly inspires people to become more aspirational. Obama's presidency is said to inspire a lot of younger people to be more aspirational. Personally, I don't care enough for whose at the top and mentoring and all that as I prefer self motivation.
The UGLY: Weirdo old white republiklans brought quite the clown car to the interview. Someone's got to put some term limits of these congress people. It really...

MessagePack JS doesn't Fully Support Int64
The MessagePack Protocol supports 64bit Integers, but for whatever reason msgpack for js still decided not to fully support 64 bit ints. Javascript supports 64 bit integers through arbitrary bit precision bigint, so it is insufficient to say the language does not fully support the protocol.
So fuck em, I'm forking it and adding support for my own purpose. I've no confidence that the protocol will support 128bit integers anytime soon. Not that that matters to me since UUIDs and ULIDs are serialized to uint8 a...

Will Smith is a Fool
Chris Rock's joke was funny and Willy Boy laughed. Karen-boi Willy took it too far when he decided to get up on stage to slap the Comedian. Rock handled the situation gracefully. Don't get me wrong though, the lead up to the slap was funny too, but that's only because of the energy Chris Rock exulted. Literally thought it was all planned.
Will Smith is a fool and should face a ban for it. We don't need a copycat Karen-boi slapping comedians when offended.

Growth and School
I think it was in high school that a Math Teacher had our class write reflections on our learning experience and it's something that's stuck to me these days. I mean I kept an electronic journal before that time so I had some experience with reflecting on a day and trying to stay on path to a goal. These days, I'll schedule one day to write into my, currently private, application reflection for that period of time based on whatever notes in that app (I got some ideas on how to improve that ability).
That bri...

Technical People are against putting "Political" Messages in their Face Until..
It hits home and they want to bring support to whatever cause they believe in.
It's funny how people repeat garbage they read on the internet. Such as how political messages of any kind should stay off Github repositories, open source project websites and whatever they frequent.
Now when new political issue affects them or someone they know, anyone not supporting or saying something about what they believe in is careless or must support the other side in some capacity. 'How dare said people not care about w...

TurboTax is Ass. Use TaxAct for Large Numbers of Transactions.
I used TurboTax last year for the first time and learned you had to attach hundred of pages of your trades to your federal tax filing via postal service. TurboTax, at that time, at least told me that the number of transactions was too much and I had to do it that way. I paid at least $20 to print (most of the cost) and mail.
This year, I thought I kept that number down and it accepted my imports, but as soon as I went to file there no ZERO indication that there would be a problem filing. I paid for TurboTax ...
