They focused more on African American boys than anyone else, which irks me, but I suppose you have to grab attention some way.
I wasn't even planning on watching it all that much as I started it and skipped like 10 mins of it then left it on and it captured my attention. Some documentaries have a way of doing that, so i reset from the beginning just to see how it starts. It's not bad.
I'm a supporter of putting people outside of their environment as a way to instill in them growth and open mindedness. Exposur...

Long Covid brain fog may be due to damaged blood vessels in the brain (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=39762776) for reference.
Comments here resonate with me given the weird sh*t that happened starting March 2023. Feeling of fluid in the head, near fainting for no apparent reason, heartbeat > 100 just standing, persistent even when laying down, can't walk going to fall, head heavy, brain fog, etc. Some comments even pointing out how complete and totally shit doctors are trying to convince people that i...

Ones that think holistically and ones who admit to their shortcomings enough to refer you to other doctors who can evaluate the body holistically from there.
You'd think ER visit after ER visit that a doctor would've thought in their mind with their brain with their so called 'adequate training' that they'd be able to not want to do the same thing over and over expecting a different result. You'd think with their so called 'adequate training' that if a patient tells you they are looking for root cause of a p...

"I'm a cop"
"I'm a doctor"
"I'm a teacher"
"I'm a scientist"
"I'm a x"No one cares what you are especially when your claims don't make sense when you look at the evidence. You might as well add a "quack" after "a". i.e. "I'm a quack doctor" It's like a person saying "I'm a cop" makes claims about what you did and then whoops review the camera footage and then suspended, fired or arrested for impersonation, false arrest under the color of law, etc.
There's a show I used to watch about the concierge doctor profes...

My confidence in the healthcare Industry is at an all time low
Greed and stupidity runs through it. Stupidity through hubris. I can see why people out there don't trust doctors or the medical industry and turn to other things including rebelling against it through anti-vax shit. I don't trust any doctors out there to have my best interests and therefore I remain skeptical of any of their claims. Their job, from my perspective, from now on is to listen and provide advice on all possible known ailments. No absolutes nor definitives (positive and negative( are accepted an...

Back in the Bay Officially and Doing Better
Had to move to the Bay Area for a full recovery. Developed allergic reaction over the period of 3 seasons to something and was causing a variety of issues. Doctors tried blame it solely on anxiety but established no causal relationship and very little very weak supporting evidence.
Super weak that I didn't have to argue for it to be removed from the medical record. DSM-5 has guidelines for it, so I'm unsure why any doctor, ER especially, would see partial criteria as being valid for diagnosing anyone with it...

St. Davids Medical Center Emergency Room in South Austin and Central Austin are Terrible
I would highly suggest to avoid these terrible emergency rooms unless you are at the point of death. They either don't care or aren't well equipped to handle anything outside of what they don't know. What they don't know they will double down STUPIDLY on psychological issues. "It's all in your head" is what they want to drill in to you.
These morons are going to kill you with their R*TARDED magical thinking. Things just magically happen and they piggyback on whatever they see on the medical record MASSIVELY ...

It's touted as sugar-free alternative to sugars and I've consumed quite a bit of it through Sparking Ice and a "Sugar free" BBQ sauce. I figured it wouldn't be a terrible choice to avoid sucrose in food and drinks. Well...
Seeing as how my body has been randomly triggering high blood pressure and therefore rapid heartbeats and I've been trying to eliminate factors related to exercise and other food and drinks, I have to preliminarily conclude that it must be the Sucralose or Aspartame factor.
Sparkling Ice ha...

Few Years Ago, I Switched To Lactase Pills and Lactose-free Dairy Alternatives.
MMmmmmm, yeah I think I've had lactose intolerance for most of my life, but wasn't aware of it. I was a stoopid kid. Drinking milk or ingesting any kind of dairy leading to loud farts is a sign of lactose intolerance. Eggs and other fiber rich foods sometimes cause farts, but nothing as bad as dairy for me.
I found out about my lactose intolerance in college when I didn't have much money to spend freely (as I have now 😁) so I cut out certain foods including milk which I usually used for cereal. There were ju...

Second Self Eye Test
Instead of going to an Eye Doctor to prescribe me lenses' parameters I decided to go about it on my own in 2019. It was successful since I am still wearing the 2 sets of eyeglasses I ordered at that time. The second test aimed to lower the parameters while maintaining clear eyesight at different distances since that was the goal of self prescribing.
I did a second self eye test with some helpful reminders/tips from youtube videos and some remembering. I included these tips as note entries in my note taking a...
