It had to happen right? Atlas Fury will be released on the Epic Games Online Store for some exclusive time then maybe Steam. Will advertise a bit as well as iterate a bit on the game. I say it's a bit, but it will change game play mechanics so that it is less simple. I don't think a bare port of the game to non-mobile will do well at all.
It's more than likely those changes will make it to mobile as well. There's a list of things I want to change. One of the things I planned to change some of the mini boss spawning. I'm thinking a hard miniboss that appears near the end following you is sufficient. Beating it can give a boost in score for leaderboard though it is not a requirement to beat the mini boss.
In the future, an Atlas Fury 2 with multiplayer would be ideal. Multiplayer is challenging to add to any game, so that's why a sequel. For now, only attempting some smaller scale real time multiplayer mobile games that I think would be appealing to a broader base of people. Any multiplayer game servers I make, will be made from scratch of course as I don't want to pour money into server operations and what I am doing is highly reusable.
