Gemini 2.5 Pro is better overall. 2.5 Pro March 2025 remains king. Gemini 3 is a step forward in some ways reasoning wise and a giant step back in following instructions. Just fighting too much with this garbage of a LLM. Rushes to code. Hell they even started lowering rate limits. Annoying, move to Claude or ChatGPT.
Gemini doesn't have the same "oooh lala" anymore. Total shitshow by Google, but it was inevitable. This is exactly the kind of shit that causes people to ask less questions in order to find an answer and leads to really stupid shit to happen. Gemini will be at the forefront of that.
