Correctness has has a cost over time, staying high performing is always a race. You have to give up and focus on other things as the race heats up.

  • rzmq came out 2025 with an ambitious goal of being top performing ZeroMQ library on Linux, it still is. No one comes close, they can try by cheating 😏, that's what happens when you just can't keep up.
  • Fibre powers rzmq to move data around quickly and globally ordered. It's absolutely nuts, it screams. The Arena, while I say don't trust it, gives a view into how much work it might do.
  • SnapFire Project started in 2025 with the ambitious goal of removing Node.js from my stack, FSR builds on top of SnapFire Compiler and delivers on that promise with way more than I had ever imagined. It delivers high performance, memory efficient Web Apps, Desktop Web Apps and Terminal UIs.

rzmq, fibre and Snapfire stay principled and moving forward. They stay correct, resilient, high performing and maintained. The others flame and burn out ending in crash outs. 💥
